Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay in production, shipment may be delayed slightly. In this case, we’ll contact you by email.

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to:

• incorrect or incomplete addresses

• failed delivery attempts

• refusal of delivery or customs charges

Returned shipments may require additional shipping costs to be resent.
