Processing time

Orders are made and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. If production is delayed, we will contact you by email.

Delivery options

United Kingdom: Standard delivery is free. The current checkout estimate is 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

United States: Standard International delivery is £10. The current checkout estimate is 3 to 17 business days after dispatch.

Other international destinations: Available services, prices, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier or customs delays can occur after dispatch.

Taxes and import duties

UK prices include applicable UK taxes. For international orders, duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states that they have been collected. We do not promise duties-paid delivery where checkout does not provide it.

Addresses and failed delivery

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. Contact us promptly if it is incorrect. Extra delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, a refused delivery, or an uncollected parcel may be deducted from a refund or charged before resending.
