2. Using this store

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing. You must provide accurate order, delivery, and payment information and must not interfere with the operation or security of the website.

3. Products and compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each product accurately. Minor colour, texture, and layer-line variations are normal for 3D-printed products. Check the compatibility information on the product page before ordering.

Frameworks is an independent accessory maker. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Sony, Atomos, DJI, Aputure, Elgato, or other device manufacturers named on this site. Brand and model names are used only to explain compatibility.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if payment fails, stock is unavailable, the price is clearly incorrect, or we cannot deliver to the address provided. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the store. UK prices include applicable UK taxes. Delivery charges are shown before payment. International duties and import taxes are treated as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Production, shipping, and delivery

Processing times, delivery services, costs, and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Nothing in these terms affects the point at which risk transfers under applicable consumer law.

6. Returns and cancellations

Your cancellation, return, and refund rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

The Frameworks name, product designs, photographs, written content, and site materials belong to Northshore Office Limited or their respective licensors. You may view and use the site for shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

8. Website availability and third parties

This store is hosted by Shopify. We may link to third-party services or websites. We are responsible for products sold by Frameworks, while third parties remain responsible for their own services, websites, and policies.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
